TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the JuriSearch Public Records Services ("Service"), each user of the Service ("User") agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. JuriSearch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. JuriSearch makes reasonable efforts to provide an accurate representation of the public records database on the Service through its public records provider.

JuriSearch does not warrant the correctness of the results of the Service. The User utilizes the results of the Service at the User’s own risk. Under no circumstances is JuriSearch responsible for any errors or omissions in the database. JuriSearch shall not be responsible for any consequential damages arising out of use of the Service.

This agreement entitles the User access to the Service for reference purposes only. Should the User (or any third party receiving such information from or through User) require that the information be certified, the User (or any third party receiving such information from or through User) should order a certified search from the governmental agency that supplies the data.

At no time shall the User portray that it is the representative or authorized agent of JuriSearch or any Third Party. User acknowledges and agrees that it shall acquire no right, title or interest under applicable copyright and related laws in the databases and materials contained therein used to provide the Service.

The User agrees to use the Service for legitimate commercial purposes. The User is aware that all accesses are logged. JuriSearch reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to any User.

JuriSearch reserves the right to change prices, add or delete services, and change the characteristics of each service at any time and without notice.

The User agrees to prepay for the Service by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The User’s account will be debited after each successful search of the Service. There is no refund for unused credits except upon written request. For questions, please call JuriSearch Customer Service at 1-877-JURISEARCH or 1-877-587-4732.

In the event that payment is denied by a User's credit card issuer for any reason, the User shall immediately pay JuriSearch for any unpaid searches.

The User agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless JuriSearch and all Third Parties from and against any and all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind and description arising from or in any way related to use of information by User (or any third party receiving such information from or through User) furnished by or through JuriSearch.

Provisions related to the disclaimer of warranties, use of information and data, payment for Service, terms, and indemnification shall survive any termination of this Agreement or of the User's JuriSearch account.
